The experiment measures the effect of meditation on the physical body in a simple and tangible way. Using special cameras, we were able to capture "photographs" of the energy emitted by the body during meditation.

Participants in the experiment sit with their eyes closed near the person meditating, and we measure certain parameters of their bodies before and after the meditation. Clear signs of greater relaxation and harmony were observed, concretely demonstrating the effects on the body of simple exposure to meditation . This is a way to make the invisible a little more visible, bringing people closer to the world of meditation.

The experiment also references a similar study published in a scientific journal.

Some of the results presented in the video show a 73% reduction in stress for the guide after meditation. During the guide’s meditation, a luminous emission is visible from the body, reflecting the release of energy. The group exposed to the meditation also showed greater harmony, with data highlighting changes compared to their initial state.

During the analysis of the images, an unexpected finding emerged: the presence of a double outline, a phenomenon that demonstrates how this meditation tecnique can allow individuals to experience their essence outside the body. This experiment aims to bring closer those who struggle to accept the unseen, using scientific measurements to show the real effects of meditation on both the body and the soul.
